So Florida fires their DB and co-DC/DL coach.

Florida, Texas A&M, and Mississippi State are all looking for multiple defensive coaches.

You'd think this would expedite things at LSU. I'm not sure what we're waiting for.

You’re right! We should extend House and give him a raise so none of them poach him.

Does this mean the “we should have never let Raymond go” posts will stop?

More to do with Orgeron's terrible coaching his last two years and bringing in Pelini in 2020.

Jay Ward and Cordale Flott are both in the NFL. Who recruited those guys?

looks like they are getting rid of several position coaches, not the moves I was expecting considering their recruiting class

still the back end was torched on a regular basis even with flott and ward. He deserves as much blame as O and pelini. they were all terrible.

Raymond stopped being a good coach a few years ago. Some guys just lose their touch.

Maybe we can do better, I'm not sure.
CR has been a good db coach and recruiter for a long time. I don't think he forgot how, just that he got out over his skis and wanted to be a DC. That dream has to be long gone now, so I personally would have a conversation with him, and see if he has the energy to be what he used to be.
I know one thing, he is light years better than what we had this year....so it is a maybe for me, unless our new DC can land a HR hire at DB/Safety coach.

Guess they are keeping the toddler DC? Guy was giving pressers like he was the bill Walsh of defense, meanwhile giving up historically bad numbers on defense

I know you are a habitual shite poster, and a total moron, but no. Just no.

The ONLY way you hire a DB coach that just got fired from Florida is if the head coach got shite canned, but the DBs were the only good thing about Florida, he just wasn't retained by the new HC. This isn't the case.

If he wants to come back to LSU he can be an analyst.

He might join Aranda at Baylor, if Aranda is retained.
