I tell you this. I never really liked it until the UCLA game this year. When they played "California" and had the light going that place was rocking.

TO my last day I will claim the band not being ther3e really hurt us. Would we have won the game, most likely not. But when we scored there was just a short celebration and nothing to carry it on...

Actually, what the fans like should be what it is about.
It is a sporting EVENT that is meant as entertainment for us that we pay to attend.

I would imagine so but would only guess. The only thing I was specifically told about were the lights

Exactly right. Our traditions, facilities, and game day experience are what they are. If these kids want to buy into that, and be a part of it, they’ll be welcomed here. If it doesn’t appeal to them, they should look elsewhere. We need to start recruiting more kids that really, really want to be a Tiger.

Please no. We are barely hanging on to still being the best atmosphere in college football. Crap like this keeps creeping in.

Too bad for UF that the stadium did not turn blue enough times. They lost to CFU 29-17.

Looks like that didn’t happen too many times tonight

Those bright flashing lights are a good way to give an epileptic person a seizure. I think this trend will get old very soon. I'd rather a tiger hologram jumping around the stadium.

This. If LSU goes LED light show, I will have seen my last night game in Tiger Stadium. Please don’t do this.

Several other stadiums simply mess with the lights to dim them when their team scores

You haven't noticed what Bama does at home when they score? The whole stadium turns red. It's creepy and stupid. Don't want Tiger Stadium turning purple. Stick to cheers, band, and fireworks.

We could do it now, however I don’t know how fast the lights would “turn back on”

I wouldn't mind something cool with regards to the lighting, but not the strobing nonsense that Alabama and some others do. That's a public health concern with potential seizures.

I’d rather we just cheer and not make it a production

They could save it for second half when crowd leaves.

I like when our players play the whole year.

And concentrate on their assignments on the field instead of being preoccupied with pretty lights and annoying music.....
