His whole teams OL is back ups.

Excuse me if I think he's running his mouth after an ok performance.

I think its ok your an arse for saying that he "ran his mouth" when all he was talking about was the seed of the game.

If he goes for a buck fifty and 2 TDs against the Texans D in week 1, then he can talk all he wants.

What gives you the right to Talk shite? You are a fricking Cowboy fan,

You mean like the part where he said it was easy and compared it to the SEC? Yeah, there are NFL caliber players in the SEC, but the NFL is steps above the SEC...easy.

Oh, and let's not forget that he thinks he can have a rookie campaign like Zeke did. You know, the guy that ran behind the best o-line in the league?

Give me a break. The guy sounds overly confident. Plain and simple. I'm not saying he shouldn't be confident, but saying it was easy and that he thinks he can have a season as good as Zeke, when there is no given that LF will be the starter or even get the amount of carries Zeke had, is just silly.

Should I point you to all the people who think my opinion of what the kid said is wrong and not at all based on what he said, or can you find them on your own?

Give you a break for shite. He said the NFL was fast. He said people have built the NFL up. He said the NFL is not as fast as the hype because he played in the SEC and that has made the transition easier.

Read the quote. Actually read it and understand what he said. Is that so fricking hard to ask?

I didnt see LF comparison to Zeke either. He knows, the analysts knows, and fans know LF and Zeke's situations are entirely different. Offense scheme, personnel, front office, division, so on. Even LF and Zeke are different judging by the six game suspension.

Well then, maybe you should READ THE ARTICLE:

quote:

He told NFL.com after Thursday's game that he thinks he could put together a rookie season similar to what Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott had in 2016.

Elliott led the NFL in rushing with 1,631 yards on 322 carries -- the third-highest yardage total for a rookie rusher in NFL history and the third-most attempts by a rookie since 2000. Only LaDainian Tomlinson (339 in 2001) and Alfred Morris (335 in 2012) had more carries.

"Yeah, I think so," Fournette said. "... I'm a confident guy, and I try to give my offensive line confidence too. You have to feel like you can't be stopped."

Didn't he predict that he would win the Heisman at LSU before he even took a snap?

He was well on his way til Miles decided that 10 men in the box still wasn't enough to stop him

e have some seriously disturbed fans. I probably wouldn't want my son playing here either, I mean just look at how y'all talk about the team and then legendary players once they leave. This guy gave everything he had to LSU, and this is how y'all speak about him. Freakn sad really.

So just because a guy played here makes him immune from legitimate criticism?

Looks to me like they asked if he thought he could equal zeke's season and he answered exactly how he should have answered. What should he have said?

I don't think he said the NFL was easy. He's talking about adjusting to the speed of the NFL.

So pathetic how our fans do this with any big name once he leaves LSU. It's not at all uncommon for running backs to play too fast when they hit the NFL and he mentioned why in the interview. In college where mostly his Oline was better than opponents holes blow open quickly and you need to hit them as fast as possible in the NFL it's different. Just watch Le'Veon Bell run does that look super fast to anybody? It takes some time for the holes to open in the NFL and when Fournette said the game comes to you that's exactly what he's talking about. Any Saints fans here would know it took Reggie Bush a few years to learn how to run in the NFL because he was too fast and wouldn't allow his blocks to set up. We have the most two faced fans in the country it's pathetic.
