Maybe, but he has never shown to be a thug criminal. But has been an entitled immature guy who does bone head stuff and hasn’t learned the consequences.

I told everyone on here about him years ago before LSU signed him and I was called a racists for it.

He was a bust in the SEC despite trying to achieve that level of play,

It didn't work out ..but he was able to win the starting job at LSU and AU..not a lot kids can do that at one SEC school

Didn’t want to post details of what you heard?

Just a conclusion?

Yea but he’s not the problem. Everyone else is to blame for his life.

AND, the obsession with ex-LSU players continues.

Seriously, do we need a few threads on every potential transfer for every ex-player? It's pretty sad to see this continuous "let me try this team" cycle. Maybe just get a degree and work hard at something other than sports.
Seems strange we heard very little about Jack Bech, and he had an outstanding run at TCU. Now in the League.

That’s my question tho, he didn’t redshirt as a freshman. I know covid is an extra year, but where the 6th year come from?

Thought about that today. Bech had a ton of hype coming into LSU, transferred, almost no one has talked about his since, and he just got drafted pretty high in the draft. Where the ex-player obsession?

Also I don’t think it’s all that crazy to be curious about how players who transfer out end up

At least the players are finally getting paid what they are worth.

Are they?

Or are a few elite *prospects* getting paid sometimes what they are worth and sometimes well above what they are worth while the merely great players continue to get crumbs?

I mean…on what planet is a kid who hasn’t even played a down of college football worth an 8 figure deal? Meanwhile, proven seniors who are merely great journeymen can’t sniff the field and get a relative pittance.

He has an nfl frame and above nfl average canon for an arm, so whats the deal? From what i understand he got a raw deal here under ed o and i asumed kelly would have loved to have him back. Not many guys out there good enogh to start at multiple sec schools. Im sure he has his demons, but dont we all and dont we want winners with an edge like that? So mr kelly, i implore you on behalf of this board and lsu fans alike. Go get this louisianamal and bring him home!

Such lunacy with this runaway transfer portal and eligibility nonsense. Parameters need to be set because it’s out of control.

It never ceases to amaze me that CFB coaches will scour the globe for talent, yet we have all "missed" on TJ. No, TJ has def limitations, mostly accuracy. And accuracy happens to be possibly the most important attribute for a top-level QB. Look, I have nothing against the kid, but let's be honest.

If we didn’t already bring in Van Buren, I’d say go snag Finley for depth. He would have to understand fully that he’s QB2 best case scenario that’s if he earns it.

A guy like that with experience could save your season if Nuss goes down for a few games.

From what I heard was that he was blindside by the Arizona QB transfer de Laura being brought in. He announced he was staying before he even knew. It was confirmed that the coaches didn’t talk with him at all about them bringing that guy in (which apparently came with some NIL $).

Have some buddies that were in the athletic department at Tx State that were pissed because he had just came off that good season. Especially since the De Laura guy had some off the field issues.
