I think I remember someone saying he may have a moral clause. Would depend if there is language defining behaviors that would be cause for termination.

His contract is publicly available. The "cause" definition is lengthy, as would be expected, but it does contain the following:

O is someone who is his own worst enemy. He needs to go, but I feel very bad for the guy. He made bad decisions and those decisions are going to be the cause of him crashing and burning. Many people never recover from the downward spiral he is currently experiencing. Prayers for him.
