Im not trying to be any kind of way. I just think some people on here needed to see this, so they can begin to understand that they obviously aren't one of the 4 best teams right now.

They’ll be in the playoffs but hey, at least you’ll be able to send this link to your Alabama friends and say you tried to help.

They shouldn't've be in.

Should be the best 4 teams. unfortunate that they lost their QB, but they'd get dominated by the top 5 teams.

They’re undefeated and the won their conference championship game with a third string QB.

They’re in.

If they miss out then they should go ahead and claim a NC

Unfortunately FSU is the easiest and most convenient team to push out of the way so that Alabama can be given a spot. It is bullshite but there it is.

I do feel FSU is deserving.

This whole talking point revolves around the idea of the regular season not mattering. The resume is the resume. What you did in the regular season should not be discounted because of an injury.

The whole point of the playoffs was to reward teams who won their games. Florida State won theirs, Alabama didn’t. Florida scheduled marquee non-conference games and won. Alabama lost.

It’s not difficult. The results are the results. An injury does not negate that.

If it’s not about that, go by recruiting rankings and throw Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, and Georgia in the playoff.

And it’s not like Florida State and Alabama played vastly different schedules. Florida State’s SOS is 16, Alabama is 2

Then put Georgia and Ohio St in.

Explain how those two are not among the best 4 teams?

Quit being silly. FSU winning without their top 2 qbs is actually more impressive.

They more than earned it. And they have a legit defense.

BTW, to the OP. I bet he thought Oregon was way better than Washington, but yet Washington won. The idea of "best" teams is incredibly flawed.

So there’s no way that a team with a backup QB could possibly win the CFP is what you’re saying, Right?

Good thing there isn’t a team in the past thats proven you to be incorrect huh?

Yall are really making this difficult.

I completely agree, however....

They are a P5, undefeated, conference champion. They are in.

The debate is for the 4th spot between Texas and Bama. We all know how that h2h went. The committee cant justify putting Bama in over Texas and completely disregarding the regular season. They would completely destroy all regular season games by doing that.

So why play the games then? Shite they went undefeated in a P5 conference and won their Championship. Leaving FSU out would be asinine.

It’s FSU, WU, MI, & Bama. That’s who’s in IMO.
