84Caleb Jackson not only stole the show at practice, he also stole the media’s train of doubt at this press conference which in the past has always been focused on LSU’s QB’s.

Kelly mentioned overreacting and that he made many mistakes in the past which he implied came from overreacting about players. But you clearly could tell Jackson got him excited, even though he tried to play it down.

I think he is still on the team along with Cain and four other good running backs. This kid will not play a major role on the team this season. He may get in for a couple of good runs that will excite everyone but he needs to work on learning the playbook, picking up blitz and blocking and especially how not to fumble. He will be a good one, just not this year.
