And that’s when Jay will kindly turn them down to continue winning national championships at the best college baseball program in the country. Why you think Jay would leave the best college baseball program in America because of the AD that hired him got fired is beyond me lolol.

Where do you people come from? This is in the same category as Gruden/Mullen for coach threads.

I’m no doubt reading this from a person who is like 86.

Why? I retired last year, not from LSU, but maybe my retirement will make Jay Johnson leave?

Congratulations!! This is dumbest crap I’ve read on here today.

Jay isn’t going to leave. And I’m pretty sure mulkey isn’t that far from retirement, but she won’t leave just because Woodward leaves.

The power brokers at LSU love Jay. I can 100% guarantee Jay isn’t going anywhere. Kamala Harris could become the AD and Jay would stay. They don’t interact a whole bunch.

Jay isn’t a fan. He’s here for the program and he loves it. GFY

WBB - I love her but isn't that a luxury not a money maker?

No.
Jay and Kim aren’t loyal to Woodward. They are loyal to their programs.

Pay attention.
Kim came back home, according to her words, because her Mom is Elderly and she wanted to be near her.
LSU Baseball is the Gem of the sport. Johnson has repeatedly asserted he came to LSU because it is the top opportunity in the NCAA.
Note: Woody didn't build it!

I’m not sold on firing Woodward but this is just stupid.
