Well, the chicken littles are a lost cause. But it's a trend that seems to be getting worse and worse, and although I have complete faith in our offense, the top 2 defenses in the country are currently in the CFP and we're again going to need a flawless game from Joe.

You just kind of hope for the defense to make it easy on the offense occasionally. I thought this was the perfect game for Brennan and Emery to see significant playing time (hopefully with Arkansas next week), and yet again the 1's have to stay out there and save the day.

I did point out last night that Aranda's defenses are getting worse every year, but he's still the mad scientist.

You could see it on the sidelines when the defense came off. There was a lot of pointing fingers and self implosion.

Coach O will find some fiery assistants in the off season.

Maybe Pete Carroll has some young up and comer on the defensive side of the ball on his staff this time that we can pluck?
