For collusion... I really liked him at LSU, an all time great, that interception at bama.. but this just ruins it all for me.

Using same lawyers and filing same lawsuit as the SJW goat Colin kaepernick used

1) That’s gonna be really hard for him to prove.

2) it’s definitely gonna make teams even more unwilling to sign him.

This is definitely going to help your case that you should be signed.

The 49ers offered him a one year contract, but he turned it down. I understand that he wanted a long-term contract, but the safety market this offseason has been really soft. Last I checked the following safeties were still free agents:
Mike Mitchell, Ron Parker, Quinten Demps, TJ Ward, Nate Allen, JJ Wilcox, Kenny Vaccaro, Darius Butler, Lardarius Webb, Tyvon Branch, etc.

Do all these guys have a collusion case too?

Well my friend and his wife sat next to Eric at Texas Roadhouse in Covington the other day. So that tells you everything you need to know about how his life is going.

The good guys are winning. Disrespect our country and the great people in it and this is what you get. What a tool!

So he wants to be political in his workplace but he's mad that his employers don't want to deal with his politics.

Here's a crazy idea: If you want to be paid and work simply based on your football ability, how about you just play football when you're on the field. Hijacking an owners team and the exposure you get while on that team for your own gain isn't going to make owners want you on their sideline, especially when your actions have possible monetary consequences.

Why?

Is there a better reason Reid hasn’t been signed yet?

Our fans will defend him just because he played for LSU. I like him and his football abilities but this stuff here is bitch arse move. If this were a Bama player LSU fans would be all over this calling him out

Good lucking finding a job when you bring politics and other dumbass drama into a work place. Zero sympathy for you

Yeesh. I've always defended Reid, even up to and during the kneeling "controversy". But this is silliness. At some point when you take a stand you have to live with the consequences, which can include teams not wanting to deal with the outside stuff. That said, I'd be interested in reading his suit to see exactly what cause of action he's alleging.

Dear Eric,

The NFL is a business. I'll say it again. The NFL is a business. If you create a product that is bad for business then there are repercussions.

Your product was bad for business.

He hasn't been all that good, and there are a lot of other options at his position that don't come with the controversy.

I don't think either of them have a good case, but Kaep has a better case based on his on field performance.

Reid is an idiot for not letting this go, and he has absolutely no one to blame but himself.

Then the NFL can say it’s for his own good because of his concussion issues.

Does he though? Reid has some major red flags with his health given all the concussions he has suffered. he could be one concussion away from not being able to play football anymore. And for a guy that hasn't made a pro bowl since 2013, why would teams be chomping at the bit to sign a guy that not only has injury red flags but also could be a potential distraction to the franchise that signs him. These SJW "heros" need to accept that they are well within their rights to voice their beliefs but expressing those beliefs do not necessarily come without other unintended consequences. Reid is learning the hard way.

There is no right to be employed in the NFL. Just like people in other fields have trouble finding employment due to issues that don't pertain to the job itself, so does Reid. If I went on social media and had controversial political posts every day, then I would not expect prospective employers to overlook them. People need to realize that employers are running a business and if a private employer feels that your behavior will adversely affect their business, then they will not want and are not legally required to hire you.

Reid stated long ago that he was prepared for the consequences, but apparently just like his backing down from kneeling and his convictions, he appears to be a hypocrite with that notion as well.
