It seems like the injury excuse is used every season.

This all day long. Every year, injuries seems to be Paul's excuse.

There is no other reason as to why this team is struggling other than the coaching staff. This team was supposed to be one of Paul’s deepest and best teams and yet they suck. Yes I know there are injuries but this team was supposed to be good enough to be able to overcome the injuries

A couple injuries, yes. 11, no.

Sorry but I believe Hess Watson and Duplantis needed to go pro so the incoming players could play more. Duplantis is the only one I think has a shot at the league

Holy shite.

Mainieri lives in the past. He try’s to recreate teams but you can’t do that. You gotta move on and play with what you have

A long tenured coach with one decade old national title whose recent accomplishments are mainly related to recruiting rankings.

Wait, sorry, I thought I was posting in a 2015 football thread.

In all seriousness, we can't beat ULL or Tulane. That is unacceptable regardless of who the coach is.

The first pitch was a bad pitch that he left up in the zone(belt high) and the damn thing is probably still flying. The second pitch, I agree, was a good pitch and the dude got it out the park.

maybe so, but almost half the team is injured. No team can overcome that.

Name a college team that has 11 injuries? None because they are physically prepared before the season. Dunn has a HORRIBLE record of arm injuries. His arm care program is archaic, and his pitchers are over worked because of his reluctance to pull them when they start to fatigue.

It seems like CPM has a legitimate excuse every year he falls short. That’s how you know it’s time for a change.

I have to agree with this. It's time to get a younger coach with a lot of energy like Wade.
