Any idea when the other LSU players that signed will be expected to start making it into AA ball, (interested in the Southern League specifically) for the teams that are there. I think Tre will be there eventually, and a few others. I hear what you are saying about the FCL, heck the Number 3 pick of the tigers is there too, guessing it is for a cup of coffee, but do they go low A, High A, or will any skip levels to accelerate development timelines?

I don't know that any LSU guys outside of possibly Crews make it to AA by the end of this season.

I think Crews could go from the complex to High A setting him up to get a cup of coffee in AA at the end of the year with the intention of starting him there next season with a clear path to the majors some time in 2024. I don't know how aggressive the Nats are with their assignments though.

Welp, the Nats are playing tomorrow in Port St Lucie, less than 10 minutes from my house. I think I'll drop by...

The Nationals will be morons if they don’t have Crews in the majors ASAP. He’s to good to waste in the minor leagues. Fast track Crews…his fans are waiting to see his brilliant plays.

The Nationals are going nowhere this year. LSU Baseball is the equivalent to AA ball. Let him get used to better pitching and wooden bats. I think we will see him in the Majors by June/July of next tear. If he’s on the roster Opening Day, that will be a nice bonus.

I'm going over to the ballpark in Port St Lucie a little later. Don't know if he's playing today or if he's on his way to Fredericksburg. It's only 10 minutes from my house and it's free to get in, so no big deal if he's not there.

It looks like from that video, that the FCB teams don't play on the main stadium. They are playing today at Clover Park, the home of the Mets single A team. There are 5 outer fields in addition to the main stadium. The main park is really nice, but the other fields don't really have any stands.

The Mets A affiliate is on the road, so maybe the FCL team will play in the stadium.

Here's a pic of the stadium with the outer fields in the background.
