You have to be 21 to get a CCW permit. He is only 19 I believe.

Do people in La get charged for this (even if not documented) as conceal carry has become a lot more acceptble than years in the past?

We can only hope he grew up without A/C. As we’ve learned, this is a universal get-out-of-jail-free card in LA.

Yes, the law is very clear. You must have a license to carry concealed.
