He always has dumb shite on his social media. Not surprised. He also had videos on his Instagram not long ago of Emery doing burnouts on a public road and in a parking lot. I’m no longer surprised when suspensions pop up for dumb shite.

Not the worst. It’s insinuating that he’s an armed crack dealer. Jesus Christ.

If this was some rando in NOLA, most of you would have him already locked up and couldn’t give two shits about him.

This looks awful and it looks terrible for him to be representing the LSU football program.

Starks, 19, was jailed Friday night (Jan. 31) on counts of illegally possessing a concealed handgun and attempting to run away from deputies who stopped him while investigating a complaint about armed men selling crack cocaine, Sheriff’s Office Capt. Jason Rivarde said Wednesday. Rivarde said that deputies did not find any drugs during Starks’ arrest, and he is not accused of selling narcotics.

Such BS. He along with every other American has a permit from birth called the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

Shall. Not. Be. Infringed.

What a dumb arse. If he wanted to carry he could just get a permit.
it would be better if all you cucks would stop bending over for the govt. the right to keep and BEAR arms shall not be infringed. His right to bear arms was infringed.

Look I agree with you and you can scream this all you want.

But if there was crack around, it wouldnt matter if he was legally carrying or not. The presence of illegal narcotics would the possession of a gun illegal.

So they probably arrested him and wrote it like that in case they find the runner and the crack.

I hope he learns his lesson. Although it was a narcotics operation, no drugs were found. He is charged with two misdemeanors for stupidly running from the cops when he probably did not have to. These charges can be easily resolved. Maybe the biggest question is how he was chased down in a footrace by two Jefferson Parish cops.

As a Police Officer I can confirm this. You have to be 21 to possess a handgun and 18 for a rifle.
Pretty sure those are the ages for purchasing and not possession.

There's a distinction in the law between possession and concealed carry. And that is an officer I'm sure you're aware that Louisiana is an open carry State.

If the firearm was legally gifted to him by a family member, I'm pretty sure he is well in his rights to possess the pistol.

Illegally concealing it like the charge says is a different issue though.

Every state will charge you for this if it’s illegal to conceal carry without a license in that state. What kind of question is that?
