Only at LSU does a defense give up 45 points and the fans blame a QB who threw for 350 yds for losing the game.

I haven’t heard a single person give the defense a pass in this loss. Their bad performance does not negate the offense screwing up multiple opportunities, especially in the red zone.

It can be both, and sadly, it was.

You think offensive mistakes in the RZ were because of Daniels?

Why run when you can throw? You can throw a ball faster than you can run. A lot of people struggle to understand why running QBs handicap an offense.

We dont have a "running qb".

The NFL is moving absolutelycin the direction of mobile qbs.

Who cares if we gain 18 yeqrds via pass or run?

That all said, I want to see better play at that position. Just dont care if the guy runs or throws for the yards.

2 bad throws, a misread and took a sack where he had plenty of time costing the D important field position. Yes, his fault.

I recall Bill Walsh was asked why the 49ers didn’t run the ball more. He said, “because we average 9 yards per pass attempt.”

Fact is, our receivers are not good enough to make those catches.

Not entirely, but he made the decision to run backwards on 4th down and for God’s sake, he needs to learn how to take a snap from under center.

Which of those receivers aren’t on the team anymore? I believe they all are but I may be mistaken.

Looks like Kirkin is the only one not on the team anymore. So 2 of the 3 are in the team.

No JD can't make those specific throws, and Nuss can't break 60 yard runs. Our QBs are not the problem they are both solid options. The problem is our Oline is still getting bullied, our WRS are dropping the ball, our Rbs are meh, our defense is soft, and we are getting out-coached on both sides.

Accurate.

"Not doing that beats throwing interceptions."

I'm so tired of hearing stupid comments like this! We are not winning shite if we don't start doing that. I rather more points and being competitive if even if it means throwing an interception.

Just imagine if Nuss had the game experience and reps that JD has. Interceptions will not be a problem like some idiots think because he will get better and better. JD has reached his ceiling and won't change after 5years playing.

Jayden threw for 208 yards in the first half vs UGA on basically 1 leg. We moved the ball with both QBs in that game.

Nuss had some good throws that game.

Started a couple of weeks later and played awful.

If you want him to start, fine. But you take the good with the bad. …and I have a feeling a lot of people on this board aren’t ready for the bad.
