Do we keep trotting Little out on Sundays or do we make a change?

I feel like we’ve seen enough. Someone else has got to step up and give us some innings on Sunday.

Who? Sundays have and will continue to be a Johnny Wholestaff game.

Yes keep trotting him out. Guys have one bad outing and all of a sudden they blow…..seriously some of you knuckleheads.

The problem is that the other options are just as inconsistent. Little had a good week last week and a bad one today.

Little has really good stuff. He just needs to work on control. He can strike out a lot of guys.

We say this every week. In fact you could say the exact same thing about Hurd who he replaced. Are we just expecting him to magically start throwing strikes next week?

I think Hurd and Coleman are auditioning to replace him as the 3rd starter.

Little just has zero control.

What did he finish with today? 5BBs and 5Ks in less than 4 innings?

I'm seeing growth and this is what we need. 3 decent innings and then in the 4th the bottom fell out/ pitch count got a little high. I'm sure those two things go together so if he's not touching almost 90 pitches in under 4 innings he will be fine.

I'd rather Coleman be in the pen. I think him shoring that up is more important than a Sunday starter.

He went 5+ last weekend. It’s going to be hit or miss. It’s just the way it is right now with everyone not named Skenes.

He had a bad day against a very good hitting team. He looked good last week. Yes, you keep trotting him out because you don't have anything better right now. He and Floyd are hit or miss players. Sometimes they look really good and sometimes they look really bad.

I don’t disagree but you’ll need both. I mean at some point someone has to step up and literally get it under control. They’re out of options.

No one that we've seen for much of this season already is going to suddenly become a shut down guy. Our only shot at some sort of stabilization is if Coleman can become dominant as he continues to get back to normal.

Alabama is good at baseball, particularly hitting. The SEC is a tough conference. Little can eat innings at times. Keep winning the first two, and I'm good.

I am fine with our Sunday starter going 4 to 5 and leaving with us tied or so.

We just swept a Bama team that was near the top in ERA and BA. They had battled back to 9-9 in conference. Leaving town at 9-12 and licking their wounds.
