Who cares? They’ve proven themselves as a program over the years already and would likely whip LSU this year.
They were better than every SEC team last year except for LSU. They even swept Auburn (who swept LSU).
Also, they won the whole thing at the CWS in 2016 after eliminating LSU in Super Regionals.

This LSU team was a generationally BAD! Like one of the worst in 40 plus years bad! We lost to garbage OOC teams and were swept in FOUR SEC teams. The best thing we can do as fans is forget this year ever happened and hope it’s the BASEMENT floor for our program over the next 100 years!

I understand where you are coming from.
The excuse that because we went deep in the CWS prevented us from recruiting is just that, sn excuse.
So is the lack of money and all the other BS.
The fact is wd didn’t recruit and develop enough good players to go with the talent we already had. Our process broke down somehow and JJ needs to adjust and fix it.

LSU started the season ranked #1 and the recruiting class was considered good. It just didn’t work, shite happens. Trust me Jay Johnson is way more upset about this season than you. He’s won 2 titles here’s you crybabies need to get over yourselves
