It's actually surprising we have retained as many guys as we have.
If the staff was great, we wouldn't be replacing the head coach. Because we'd have a lot of talent on the roster, and they'd be playing well, and winning.
With a new head coach, he will bring in new people.

Our offense was historically bad. No one on the offensive staff deserves to remain. No defensively it was a very good unit which is why the majority of that staff outside of Kyle Williams due to personal reasons is remaining on staff.
