Does OP think LSU has unlimited funds? I doubt LSU has unlimited funds.

Should be call #1. At least make the call and get a no thanks.

If you're going to call someone currently in the NBA, I would reach out to Billy Donovan. At least reach out to someone with SEC ties.

- LSU has one of the worst arenas in the league

it's not great whatsoever, but there are a bunch of comparably bad venues in the SEC

Memorial - Vandy
Coleman - Alabama
Lloyd Noble - Oklahoma
Stegeman Coliseum - UGA
Exactech Arena - Florida
Humphrey Coliseum - State

Are all old and pretty shitty

So, the GM of one of the three most storied sports franchises, (Yanks,Lakers,Celtics) would be tempted for any amount of money to leave for becoming HC at LSU? Easily one of the most absurd and disconnected from reality statements I’ve seen.

If hes so fricking grand, and an undeniable talent, why is the best offer he had was NC State? A simple mid teir program. Let him be

I was hanging out with Phil Jackson this past weekend in Montana. He told me that he misses coaching and would come back to coach LSU. But only if offered!

If you're going to make a call to someone in the NBA, why not Billy Donovan? At least he led an SEC school to back-to-back national championships.

All signs to LSU being all-in on Will Wade. But first things first, and LSU still has a men's basketball coach. Albeit not a very good one.

Amazingly, the arenas at Alabama, Georgia and Vanderbilt were in existence when LSU was playing the John M Parker Agricultural Center.

Appearantly the donors (with Brinks trucks) are only interested in Wade. At least that’s the rumor. The $ isn’t there to just go hire anyone

Just make sure Cookie is driving the truck to seal the deal...

Not sure what you're saying...I said best offer.....not every open job. But there are better jobs that NC St on that list....but they did try and get WW. He's just not the home run that these blinded Tiger fanatics think he is.
He is middle average talent. The market proved it

This might be the most retarded “make him say no” threads of the basketball threads. You should be embarrassed but I know you don’t have the brain power to realize that.
