This loss has the sting of a loss to Troy St without the ability to fire anyone. It is what it is. The guys who played deserve much love from true fans and credit next year in playing time all things being equal. I think the many personal fouls and taunting of the KState players added a bully and thuggish level to it. Our players handled it proffesionally even if I was pissed watching it. Let’s put an astrick by this game but congratulate K state fans on their win. If you put yourself in their position they have much to be proud of. Im in favor of adding them instead of an out of state cupcake we pay a million to play. Give K state a million and get them to Tiger stadium.

It's obvious that this thread is resident to either those that are still replaying the game in their heads hoping for a different result or those resigned to the outcome but can't stomach being a loser. It's freakin history and we knew it would be bloody - our blood for all the known reasons. Our only 2 options was to either play or stay home. It's not the other team's fault the LSU Tigers were a mere shadow of itself. That's not relevant. Many posters said, myself included, that the game was going to leave a stink in our mouths that we will have to carry or dismiss with some cooked up rationalizations. LET IT GO!!

A lot of ignorant LSU fans did think this, I agree. I would also like to point out to you that K-State has an all-time losing record, at 539–652–41. K-State is negative 113 games LOL You will never see K-State above .500 in your lifetime.
