Talking about compliance turning in the softball team last week for taking longer than 15 minutes to take a team picture.

Talking about compliance turning in the football program to the SEC when a backup QB picked up and put on a head set during the BYU game a few years back going over the 9 headsets allowed to be worn by coaches.

All this while discussing what Woodward needs to do first when he gets on campus. I'll link the on demand segment when it gets posted.

UPDATED: Here is hour 2 of the show:

LINK /

Woodward is first mentioned at 12:15, but they go off on a little discussion about the baseball team and other stuff like who was the first coach to call and congratulate Woodward, the real discussion starts at 14:00.

If I worked at the NCAA and this was turned in, I'd tell that person to frick off.

If these are true, our compliance department needs to be gutted and staffed anew. Jesus Christ people have no common sense today

Important to remember Culotta is Wades mouthpiece....

These are all things Wade has fought to change from within. Its no secret Wade came in and tried to throw his weight around and change the way things were run at LSU. It looks like it is finally working

Wow. Who the hell gave nerds like this power? Longer than 15 minutes? These instances are obviously not the first.

Culotta has been going on a rampage recently. Refreshing to see. Definitely not an unsullied.

I just dont see the value in bringing in a highly paid women's BBall coach. Women's basketball already bleeds a ton of money, it's the biggest red sport on the finances. You bring in a $2M/yr coach, it just gets worse, but at least we'll win more...

Culotta's top three things for Woodward to fix:

1- Fix the compliance department
2- Fix the relationships with the donors
3- Fix the atmosphere and experience of LSU football gameday

Can't say I disagree.

LOL no

Fargas is super cheap, under $400k/yr

Mulkey is around $2M/yr
Mulkey made $1.85M in base pay all the way back in 2014

FWIW I'm not saying keep Fargas, but hiring a really expensive basketball coach is just dumb financially.

I'd want to see the marginal impact. I wonder how hard it would be to turn it to a profit or near profit sport.

Does Gymnastics make money? Or are there just not enough home dates for it to do so? I feel like WBB could have enough home dates to turn a profit if they were good enough.

A winning team typically has an effect on attendance which then has an effect on that bottom line red number. You new to this?

This can’t be true because Lester Earl says compliance only became an issue during the Wade debacle.
