I just dont see the value in bringing in a highly paid women's BBall coach. Women's basketball already bleeds a ton of money, it's the biggest red sport on the finances. You bring in a $2M/yr coach, it just gets worse, but at least we'll win more...

Successful collegiate programs bring in corporate sponsorship dollars. It more than offsets the financial drain. The LSU Womens BB program bleeds because the HC is overpaid, and the product is crap on a cracker.

What kind of fricked up rule is this anyway?? Why is this even a rule?

I hope they fire every single fricker in compliance. Learn to code bitches!

Compliance didn't make the rules. Compliance is following the rules. So you want to fire them?

Makes total sense.

It would make your poor ill-informed head spin if you knew the ins and outs of how all of this stupidity goes down in every sport.

Is LSU's CD perhaps a bit more aggressive than any other SEC program. I would say "yes". But again, the political climate the the conference has created, along with the double standards, dictates this.

If LSUs teams were on probation this board would be shitting all over the CD. They aren't. There is a reason for it.

Do think anyone who drives 36 MPH in a 35 should be ticketed?

And that’s the problem. They should monitor for potential major violations not ticky tack stuff and we should also not put ourselves at a competitive disadvantage when it comes to things like drug testing. No school is going on probation because some football players smoke weed. So if the NCAA and SEC have no or lack standards it’s foolish to be overly vigilant

Just got around to listening to this. Culotta stated that not one phone call made during the fundraiser resulted in a donation. 100% of the calls made did not raise one cent. The overwhelming reason why was because of leadership at LSU. I wonder how accurate this statement is.

see what happened to Ole Miss after they beat Bama

I am not getting into the grey area (which Ole Miss is an extreme example). Rather, I am talking about the "thorough" nature of Bo's group that goes beyond thorough. I, too, am familiar with how they work and while they may not be "enemy grade", they are definitely paranoid and more concerned about their own individual asses than being conducive to the athletics program being successful.

Blaming it on Bama (as you are doing) is a huge cop out.

After reading a few of your other posts, tell Bo he's a baby-back bitch.

It is baffling that most people are too fricking stupid to comprehend this. If you create a culture of excellence, the entire university benefits for years.

The Akiem Hicks deal put us on probation. No one would have ever know if our compliance hadn't reported it

The compliance police have literally not allowed recruits families to be given free water during unofficial visits.

You think that's doing their jobs?

I was referring specifically to the picture taking - is there a time limit on picture taking ? If so, WHY ?
