He’s fielding .983. It helps when you know you will be in the lineup every day

Much less pressure playing in front of 100 people for a team that hardly anyone knows versus playing on ESPN with 'LSU' across your chest.

I would expect most major college players to field much better in summer leagues.

Cranford was the best defensive player on the team last year regardless of what the stats say.

Cranford must be a close personal friend or relative for you to say some shite like that when a guy named Tre Morgan was on the same

big amounts being offered players is bad for college sports.

This is an understatement. It’s absolutely terrible for college sports

Cranford is a 2B by the gifts bestowed to him by his parents.

Doesn’t hit or field well enough to play at a higher tier team

Could play 2B & bat 8th at La Tech & be an asset there

Players aren’t getting the type of NIL money that this board thinks they are.

I think that's true; but I also think LSU is head and shoulders above other BASEBALL programs, when it comes to NIL. Some guys are probably making some money here. I don't think they are, basically anywhere else.

Aren’t those summer leagues wood bats? So the line drives in the infield have less zing

He must’ve had a lot of those errors at the beginning of the year because at the end of the year, his glove was good.
