Oh, here you are again being a dumbass. 2019-kardell Thomas is a bust, flott, Hampton, ika,Stingley, York, lee, Palmer, starks are no longer with the team. 2020-Bradford, mcglothern, Finley, Johnson, ricks, Gilbert are no longer with the team.

We don’t have players.

Have an up vote for this reference. I remember those notebooks too well.

Agree with the post as well. So many of those players are gone now. I think most here were expecting an off year because of the lack of players that moved on and a new coach and system coming in.
I remember over the summer most were thinking 8-4 and 7-5 for this season. Myself, I thought 8-4 but at September got here I started getting more optimistic and was thinking 9-3 was possible. I think we need to get back to reality. 8-4 is the peak unless JD learns to do his pre-snap reads better and isn't scared to hit the timing routes.

Look and check each player in those classes and see who is still on the roster

We’ve all been saying the same thing. He either just can’t see it or refuses to.

Our problem is not talent. QB play is very poor. We are thin at RB, TE, DB but our biggest problem is we’re very sloppy and unprepared to play. It’s one thing to be outmatched. It’s another to look like we don’t know what we’re doing. Offense is very Les Miles like. We call pass plays but can’t execute and all our runs are up the middle.

The bottom line is that there is nothing this staff can do about those that left before BK arrived. But this qb Daniels is 100% on Kelly. Miles Brennen leaving is 100% on Kelly and the lack of development of Nuss and any agreement to redshirt Howard if he is in fact the best qb is on Kelly. I’m sorry to disagree with our coach but the qb position a big problem of his own making.

Just because we ranked that in recruiting doesn’t mean that we got athletes in positions we needed!

Stop with the Les Miles shite. We don’t use a fullback, we don’t run the toss dive, and we attempt more than 15 passes a game.

That's all part of recruiting players who are talented enough to go to the NFL. Deal with it. Basketball programs like Duke and Kentucky face it every year.

I love this place. Where else do you get a chance to see idiots expose themselves as often as we see it on the Rant?

Basketball is totally different, but even there everyone will give a first year coach a pass. Also it’s not just that guys went to the NFL, a disproportionate amount transferred due to the turmoil, and quality players not just guys who couldn’t start. You seem to lack alignment

9 players left from this class. Doubt we rank 4th without Gilbert and Ricks.

How many scholarship players did we have available Saturday? How many O Linemen? How many from those recruiting classes are still on the team?

I think people put way too much stock in recruiting rankings…

This is a perfect example of how someone can use stats to make a certain argument while ignoring the true facts of the situation.

Like how Orgeron didn’t develop that talent, some of that talent is no longer on campus, and some of that talent was fools gold.
