2. Frustrated. There are times Like Tommy Whites ball over the left field pole yesterday that was close to being a home run. And guys hit the ball hard right at someone, one of the pitchers with 2 strikes no balls on a batter with 2 outs and walks him and they score 2 fun’s that inning. Errors that generally don’t happen and the other team hitting balls that have eyes and find the holes. This could all turn around in the next series and the Tigers could go on a winning streak. Just like the rally opossum days, who knows, I’ll try and stay positive

I'm disappointed. We lost players, superstars even; but we returned quite a few too. This is supposed to be a good team, hell it's still ranked in the Top 10.

Top 10 teams aren't supposed to:
lose a road series to a mediocre Miss State team
lose a home series to anyone
get swept by anyone
get run-ruled on Sunday when in position to take the series (twice)

That shite isn't supposed to happen to a team that returned their 1st Team All American slugger, a weekend starter who was 8-2 and won the deciding game of the CWS, the closer, and brought in another conference team's Friday starter. You can't just say "that's baseball" and pretend everything's business as usual.

The front end of the SEC schedule is a full on pressure cooker, there is no place for average team performances to get W's. If Bingham hadn't transferred in I would hate to see the production of the outfield at the plate. Kling must have played against some very weak competition in high school to believe he would be producing at the plate at the SEC level, hope he can turn it around. You can tell Milam has a stout mental disposition in the field and at the plate as a freshman and wish more of the young guys would adopt that attitude. If the team can start driving in RISP it could go a long way in earning some W's and take some pressure off the pitching. This might be the overall stoutest SEC competition top to bottom in years, getting close to 15 wins is going to take a much higher level of play than has been exhibited.

No reason to be angry over something I have zero control of.

LSU Alumnus/Fan Disappointed.

I could totally care less and not give two rat's asses about any baseball at any level except for LSU baseball.

The Program should never be run-ruled by any SEC school and never lose back to back or be swept by another SEC school.

JJ has unknowingly fricked up the "Chemistry" of the program with his recruiting choices. Something is not quite right.

Not gonna live or die (Like many on here that have no existence outside of following LSU Athletics) over the current the state of LSU Baseball, but absolutely do not like seeing the Mississippi State/Ole Miss like decline the year after winning a NC........

Frustrated by how quickly things have gone south in individual games. Outside of the 10 run rule games, it felt like we were on the cusp of turning things around. And then, BAM, we're down 3 or 4.

Slightly frustrated, but not giving up.

All we need is for a couple guys to get it.
