This thread is predictably dominated by weak and non-competitive MA's.
Losing is Fine. We'll be Fine. That's Baseball. Geaux Tigers. Rah Rah Rah.........

3.
I’m my opinion the ark series was close but still a sweep.
Bring run ruled by miss state and Florida were very disappointing

Disappointed
In no way did I think we’d replace Skenes with someone of equal talent, or even Floyd for that matter.
But I bought into the idea that the pitching staff would be better as a whole.
So far this is simply not true. Looking at the games we lost, we were competitive early on in every game, just to get overtaken around the 5th.
Offensively, no one in the world expected run production to be close to what it was last year. They’re still not terrible, we just can’t get those damn timely hits.

3. Disappointed. Jones and Travinski too inconsistent at the plate. The HRs are great, but too many strikeouts. I thought coach would help Jone's Trouble With The Curve by now.
And then there is Kling. Nuff Said.

None of the above. It’s just College Baseball.

Everyone knows we lost some once in a lifetime type of players with Crews and Skenes but like Brian Kelly is putting out we thought our team this year would be greater than any player has turned into something much less than what we thought. I allowed myself to believe we had an Omaha team. It we still might but it will be a little more difficult walk than we expected.

None of the above bc I can’t control it. It’s a game. If they win great, let’s celebrate. Winning 100% of the time is a fallacy and then grown men act like children.

I’m disappointed but optimistic.

More like frustrated than anything else;the lack of timely hitting is the epitome of this frustration. It's like this team is snakebit in this respect.
Agree team will improve in April,May and be in top form come tournament time.

In all honesty Jones is doing better than I expected he would.
Kling is the main one I thought would be much better than what he is.

How about
5. Understanding that we only have 1 position player back and zero weekend starters. So, it is going to take a while!
I question how many of you are ex athletes and have definitely not coached.
Put the fricking tuba, clarinet, and trombone down and learn more about sports!!!
fricking idiots!

A combination of 2, 3, & 4 !

Frustrated. They’ve been in a few games they could have easily had and didn’t take advantage. The strikeouts and walks are hard to watch.
