Thank God Coach Saban only used 2 uniform combinations the entire time he was at LSU. I would like to see LSU return to those days. We're not some fuking G5, SWAC program.

Ohio State has a good look for unified stripes on their uniforms. LSU would just need to move the tv numbers.

I'm not a fan of gold-purple-gold at home. We should never wear that at home, and never did from 1958 until the 1980s. The history of the NCAA mandate and all the losing football during the years 1983-1994 should forbid that combo from ever again appearing in Tiger Stadium. Hallman, in his 4 years as LSU coach went 9-16 wearing them. That, in addition to Lynn Amedee's incompetence, more than anything led to his dismissal.
Now if there were some way we could wear gold-purple-gold for all our road games I would definitely be on board. Just don't wear it at home.

I'm like most (I believe) and believe in the traditional gold/white/gold. I've always thought that the gold/purple/gold was gaudy. But, I can understand the tradition of that "flavor".
If It was me and we see the need to wear purple jerseys, I like the purple jersey with white pants. Those look slick to me. The white/purple/white is cool. This would be my second flavor.
