Its awesome when he and family do it, but otherwise, might as well have a Miami turnover chain...

If you watched the first video and compare this to a freaking turnover chain you are a LOT MORE stupid than even your username would suggest.

LSU needs to go head and get Fehoko’s dad on the strength staff. Give him a polo and stick him on the sidelines just to fire the guys up!

Then why do we cheer when the band plays Hold That Tiger on the field before the game. That's pre-planned too.

Come on, fella, I'm talking about the origin of this thing, which was a guy with his family outside the stadium. This is EXACTLY the kind of organic thing that fans latch onto, because it's real, not contrived like the ridiculous turnover chains, which everybody is just copying now. Those are a joke.

This was real. Hard to believe you're not seeing that.

I have been mesmerized by that ritual since I first learned about it watching Jonah Lomu

Big rugby and Lomu fan too. I remember watching Jonah's funeral live a few years ago and seeing the different hakas. Very moving service.

Idk I think it would be a little cheesy if the whole team did it as an intimidation tactic against Bama or whoever, considering they're not from pacific isles. It could be fun though to get em pumped up in the locker room if they're into it.

Yesterday I thought what would O have to do to get LSU really amped to play Miss State. I thought working on some gadget plays in practice and also learning to do the Haka would be a great way to get players ready to practice hard this week and get amped for the game.

I could see O leading the Haka. They need to make it happen.

If our defense does the HAKA before the game with his dad that would be so awesome. I bet that'll get the recruits hyped too.

The Student Section will figure out a way to chant STTDB while they are doing it.

Not no. frick no.

Watch a haka, the ones I have seen over the years are led by players. Have Tehoko lead it, or at worst, his father, that would be a really organic, family thing to do that would go over well in Louisiana with our strong family culture. Leave Coach Orgeron the frick out of it, however. Start with only the defense.

Ree should get the toe-touchy photo out of posts that have nothing to do with Coach Orgeron exercising, for that matter. I down-vote just for that, and sometimes, on occasion, Ree's posts are cool tidbits. But I can not and will not up-vote with some of the ridiculous, irrelevant photos of the coach.

You bet your arse that Tua will know what is up, may not intimidate him, and then again, it may prey upon his mind.

You are starting to seem a little obsessed here dude. I can contact Connor and see if he can send you a fan-boy shirt just like the one he has.

ok, you have to make this deal Ree... HAVE TO:

IF Orgeron himself does the Haka, a picture of that has to replace the stretching picture.

I really really want to see the DL do the Haka on the field in front of fans. Even better if we can incorporate the OL and the band.

My mom is from NZ and to think of LSU doing the Haka feels a bit like when LSU fans were trying to do the FSU tomahawk chop in games after they played us. It doesn't fit and it's copying somebody else's swagger. I think there's even a high school in Texas doing it. (I can't roll my eyes into the back of my head far enough for that one)

I get it though. It's a cool thing. The first time I saw the All Blacks do it gave me chills.
