You really are a pathetic little kid who has accomplished absolutely nothing in life but still shites on others. I love this coaching staff. Frick off if you don't. I'd rather non graduates like yourself go cheer for someone else. You bring down the intelligence level of this board.

I as many of you are Louisiana people and take offense to comments made about Coach O. He is the Head Coach at LSU and should have all our support! He is a Cajun like many of us and any offense to him is an offense to all of us!!!

This is bullshite. I'm a Cajun and I'm sick of this "one of us" shite.

I am now hoping for the best. I have no choice. But those rightly criticizing this hire and this incompetent AD are not offending me as a south Louisianian.

So STFU with this crap that you speak for all Cajuns and south Louisianians.

I fly in from Cali to attend home games and bowl games. Try to get to a few a year, maybe a road game (went to Lambeau), plus the bowl. I have fun going to LSU football games.

I remember being telling my travel buddies I'd never go back to that bowl after the 2010 Cap One Bowl. That surface was abysmal. I understand that there was some bad luck with weather that year, but that's Florida. 2 bowl games in 4 days will damage a field; throw in weather and it's not fixable. We still remember that and for some, it still factors in a decision to attend or not.

That being said, if I didn't have a newborn, I'd go. While I know some won't go because of 2010, resurfacing the field and then demolishing most of the stadium because of inadequacies is a good start in making things right (I know this was primarily done for for MLS, but it had to be done for the bowl(s) also). The start time isn't ideal, but I'd rather watch the Tigers in person at 11:00 AM than on TV at 8:00 AM (pacific time). Also, in years past,we couldn't get in this game with 9-10 wins. While we were the only real choice for the bowl this year, perhaps this makes up for some snubs in previous years.

I don't expect turnout to be good, and I totally understand why, but had it been feasible, I'd still go. I'm over 2010.

It will probably fill by game time. Too many big time players playing, including Heismann Trophy winner.
That will sell itself, no matter what time they kickoff.

People like you are the problem. Go ahead and settle for mediocrity because it's probably all you've ever known in your crappy little life. I bet you are one of the ones who wanted to keep Miles last year. I have absolutely nothing personal against Coach O. I want him on staff at LSU, just not as the head coach. LSU needed a "shock the world" hire and what we got was more of a "WTF" hire. I hope to God that Coach O wins because if he doesn't, we're gonna have to do this all over again in about 3 years.

Now, go frick yourself you whiny POS.

Yep. Another thread with the same assholes making the same stupid arguements against O.
I wonder if this will ever get old by next August.

Agree, this site has some of the stupidest so called tiger fans, that appear to never have anything positive to say. Coach O is the coach, and either get on board or STFU, play with your play station. GEAUX TIGERS

I hope you are right, but I seriously doubt it will be full. LSU fans not coming in big numbers and Louisville fans not usually big football fan travelers will possibly keep the attendance down. If there are not 10k LSU fans there I will be disappointed, but certainly not surprised.

I'd hate for LSU to associated with a subpar Citrus Bowl attendance. It will be somewhat embarrassing as an Orlando resident.

I'm going because:

1 It's a good bowl versus a good opponent.
2. My home in BR did NOT flood as so many of my neighbors' homes did.
3. I really wanted LSU to hire Tom Herman and feel that we gave up too soon on him. BUT, I am an LSU fan and will support Coach O's admin since he is LSU's man now.
4. Unlike some, I think ending the season winning a bowl game is a very good thing for one's program.

Why all of the negativity about Orgeron, and the perceived pitiful coaching that we can expect? If our offensive and defensive coordinators and our d-line coaches are signs of what to expect, I'm "in"! Screw all of this negative, ignorant chatter.
