Nah - I guess you never saw Pete Maravich shoot. He was literally the best basketball shooter to ever walk the face of this earth

Chris Jackson was one of the most amazing players LSU has had on my lifetime. He was such an amazing shooter and ball handler. Nothing but net is an understatement.
I remember him falling out of bounds on the baseline and draining threes at buzzers. Never missed from the ft line.

Best pure shooter I’ve ever seen, when watching him at LSU it was like if he missed you thought how could he miss that because it seemed like he made every shot. In warmups I would watch him religiously and sometimes he wouldn’t miss for 10 minutes. The Best, simply the Best imo shooter of All time. And had Tourettes Syndrome, brought huge awareness to something most people never heard of. I remember being younger watching him put his tennis shoes on was an event. I loved Chris MAR Jackson. Every playground every deep shot I hit , it was you just got CJed!

Nope. John Williams' last year with LSU was the final four with Ricky Blanton.

Brown was obviously a successful coach with his wins and Final Four appearances, but...

To me the Kentucky game from I think '94 epitomized how I felt about him. It was a game at the PMAC right around Mardi Gras. Ronnie Henderson was on fire that night and LSU was up by like 30 at half. 30 points...and lost the game...at HOME.

After the game fans were obviously in disbelief over squandering such a huge lead. Brown's response to the media was to pound his chest about being up 30 at half vs Kentucky rather than the end result.

Even though there tigers lost, it is still the best basketball game I’ve ever watched in person. The back and forth between him and Gerald glass might never be duplicated.

That was a great game. I think we were down by 4 late and CJ went down and drained a three and got fouled. 4 point play.

I was at a majority of Pistol Pete's home games and he constantly amazed.

Chris had that same kind of amazement in most of his games.

For someone with a disability? You mean despite having a disability.

You make sound as if he wasn't as good as others, but for someone with a disability he was good.

Let's not forget that he was a very good NBA player as well.

To be fair. Shaquille got suspended for 1 game before they were supposed to play Kentucky. They beat Kentucky pretty good with shaq that year. We will never know but if shaq had been able to play then who knows if they win the championship that year.
