Can LSU realistically expect to land any 4 or 5 star recruits out of FL now?

Look at the coaches in the state of Florida now:
Jimbo
McElwain
Strong
Richt
Davis
Kiffin
Frost
Will it even be worth the expense to go talk to those kids?

The Kiffin, Strong, Davis, and Frost are going to take the 3 star kids that get away. I don't think it will make much of an impact. Now smaller schools that were pulling those guys from Fla will run into problems.

The good news is that it should bring down Florida's recruiting some. That's a lot of great recruiters in that state and maybe they can sway some away from UF.
Also, maybe we should place more of an emphasis on locking down the Louisiana kids and then move to the Houston and Dallas metro areas.

We can't even get instate 4 and 5 stars, what makes you think we can get them from FL?

For every Moses/Allen/Robinson/Jones we get an Alexander/Peterson/Deculus/Key.

Is a remarkably bad recruiter for UF. Miami even with Richt is a shadow of its former self and doesn't have shite for facilities. FSU can only take 25 per year. The rest of those folks coach at directional schools. So yes.

Yup... the negative threads on the rant these days are really starting to look weak minded and melt down pathetic. It's like the cool thing to do these days is to act like Chicken Littles and complain about falling skies.
If these guys would just try to show a little patience they would see that this staff will still pull in a top class in the middle of a major coaching transition. Most schools would have lost a lot more recruits during a time like this.

What five star kid wants to go play for Strong or Kiffin? Both have been failures and coach at shitty schools. They will go after juco kids and transfers to succeed. It's the only way.
