I wouldn't do it. Too many unknowns, especially on defense.

Is it down to 4 now?

I will put something on it as soon as I get to Vegas tomorrow.

If you want me to talk you out of it, I will point you to our defensive line and our last four openers.

If they are going to give away money like that, you can't afford not to, bro. Do it

I remember how confident I felt going into the UCLA opener a few years back.

Learn from my mistakes.

If LSU loses you'll be unhappy. If LSU wins and doesn't cover you'll be unhappy. If LSU wins and covers you'll be happy. You have a two in three chance of being unhappy. Go buy something nice for your wife/GF or yourself. Then you know you'll be happy.

4 is alot of points. In a high scoring game (rileys teams always score alot), it becomes more of a coin flip. Id rather take the moneyline at worse odds. A game landing on 3 is possible here

Anyone putting money on Brian Kelly to have his team ready to play in a season opener has to have their head examined.

It’s $1000 - If it makes the game more fun for you, do it. It doesn’t for me.

Now, $10,000, I’d want to see and know a little more than I do right now.

Obviously the public is hammering USC to cover . Might have something with a unproven defense

Don't bet on a team you are a fan of.

Just not a good idea. Buy into Vanguard Total Stock Market. You’ll be happy in the long run. That’s my advice on getting a tattoo, also.

DO NOT bet -4... I would go money line to win the game if anything.

I think LSU will run the dam ball all day, shorten the game, and pull away late and win by 13. But turnovers will wreck that. So who knows. Probably don’t do it.

Agreed. I think every D1 coach watched Florida State and Georgia Tech share 14 total possessions for the game. That was a killer for the Seminoles. Balanced offensive teams with a quality running game and a capable quarterback could be the key this season with the new rules. USC is a big chunk offense. LSU can (should) run the ball.

I think USC is going to get starved on the clock. The under is looking good.

Anyone that feels the need to take the rants advice on bets shouldn’t be betting at all. Why don’t you just go ahead and ask where you should be investing your money too while you’re at it.
