Sucks that we couldn’t pull him but we will stomp a mud hole in them over the next few years. Their offense will likely be a mess and our defense will improve considerably under the new staff.

Yep.
For many ridiculous fans any time a kid is from Louisiana he is SUPPOSED to go to LSU because he supposed to have state/school pride. If he chooses to go elsewhere the fans criticize him for turning his back on his home state.
Yet, those same fans will say the only reason this kid, who is from Texas, chose to attend college in Texas, is SOLELY because he was paid a lot of money to do so. Apparently they live in the delusional world where (a) Texas kids aren't allow to have pride for their home state/school and (b) LSU isn't offering money as well
