Daniels had 3 years of experience starting before arriving at LSU. Nuss is way ahead of him in terms of development as a QB.

I’m willing to bet Nuss doesn’t win the heisman or is drafted in the top 2.

When BK got here he said Nuss had the most upside of all the QBs. Daniels started because he had experience over Nuss and was not the superman that he turned out to be . Give Nuss his time he's getting better. They need to take the reigns off him and let him be who he is. People don't know what they are telling him maybe they don't want him running the ball in fear of him getting hurt.

At that rate, Nuss will win the Heisman

I like the optimism but I think there’s zero chance of that happening.

hopefully Nuss doesn't need Tommy John from throwing the ball so much with a non existent running game

To be fair, Burrow had really been on campus for about a month before the Miami game AND he had a more than competent run game

Not even close.

He didn’t even know everyone’s names. That didn’t matter. According to the rantards, he wasn’t the answer and Orgeron was stupid to bring him in.

He's not a dual-threat QB. He is plenty mobile

Not taking anything away from Nuss but rushing was a big part of those guys success. If he can add that to his game, it could be massive

Nuss’s biggest weakness as a runner is knowing when and where to run.

Nuss isn’t a statue. He can run.

STFU. Nuss’s mobility is more than enough to be considered a mobile QB.

Imagine if we had a running game like other QB’s did.

Get him a defense and a line that can run block as well as pass pro and I like our chances for sure.

Justin Jefferson and Malik Nabers weren't JUSTIN JEFFERSON and MALIK NABERS in those QBs' first year.

However i will say yall are ridiculous not putting more respect on Lacy's name. If they kept going to him vs USC, he would have had over 150 and 2 TDs. Right now he's tied for first in the country with two other players in touchdowns.

That man is going to have over 500 yards and likely 8-9 TDs going into the first bye week.

Daniels also had 225 yard rush yards and 2 TDs, however this whole situation is comparing apples to oranges.

If Nuss comes back next year you can compare year 2s.
