Did Sorsby put in a final bet that he wouldn't be the Texas Tech QB this year?

He bet the under on number of wins for TT this season. Played ‘em all like a fool.

I didn’t even know the NFL still had a supplemental draft.

Any chance he doesn't get drafted in the supplemental? If not, could he return to Tech or is like once you withdraw your name from the college baseball draft?

They’re fricked for a while. Their reputation is shot within their own conference and across the country. They made themselves a pariah

Will be interesting to see how NFL teams respond. Will they stay away due to his past or say hell yeah and draft him.

Sorsby looks like Johnny Football and Baker Mayfield had a baby

Texas Tech has got money coming out the a-hole to spend in NIL. They'll be fine.

Just like LSU Football, Baseball and Basketball were this year past.

LSU

Football 3-5 (10th)
Basketball 3-15 (16th)
Baseball 9-21 (14th)
15-41

SEC Rankings (win %)

1. Georgia (.714)
2. Alabama (.678)
3. aTm (.654)
4. Florida (.642)
5. Texas (.618)
6. Vanderbilt (.553)
7. Arkansas (.535)
8. Tennessee (.535)
9. Oklahoma (.482)
10. Ole Miss (.464)
11. Kentucky (.446)
12. Auburn (.446)
13. Miss State (.392)
14. Missouri (.357)
15. LSU (.267)
16. South Carolina (.214)

That's pathetic, pitiful and totally unacceptable.

Depends, can any of these guys play:

Will Hammond, Lloyd Jones III, Kirk Francis, Stephen Cannon, and Holden Phillips

That’s the current qb room.

Their schedule is a joke.

I’m not sure Sorsby would have made a difference record wise during the regular season, but he could have elevated the team if they made the playoffs.

I think most NFL teams are going to be very wary of taking a guy with a known gambling issue.

As long as the NIL checks clear players will still want to play for them next season. The Big 12/NCAA won't have any meaningful grounds to punish them. They will be fine.

I read somewhere that this guy is really good, not that this correlate to his production on the field but supposedly he is a north of 1 million NIL guy.

I feel sorry for this young man. His life appears to be a dumpster fire! He will make Johnnie Manzel look like a saint before his career is over. I read an article that Sorsby made THOUSANDS of bets on sports. Prayers he gets his act together. Sadly, l I would think Sorsby's future in the NFL will be problematic and distracting to the NFL team that will select him.
