Is LSU, or any other school who signs a player protected from any punishment or penalties?

I was skeptical but then something happened. Y'all brought up rule 12.6. Sankey said it himself the rules did not say that these players are excluded.

Sankey needs to be fired immediately

Single handedly lost the case for both the SEC and the NCAA

He arrogantly waltzed into the courtroom unprepared, and got his arse handed to him. The conference should try to save face and jettison him immediately.

There was no legal argument. This was retarded by the SEC.

I told everyone they were nuts for bringing him to testify. My daddy used to have a saying he specifically used to hit me with and it was son, “Don’t let your alligator mouth get your rabbit arse in trouble.” (I was a muscular but lean kid who could not gain weight no matter how many protein shakes I drink, I was 175 on my fattest day, but was a weigh room champ but skinny legs)

Did people actually think a Louisiana judge up for reelection in Nov was going to deny this?

The judge sees what I see. Players that get paid are professional athletes.

Does ruling that the SEC can't block players from playing equal the SEC can't enforce its own penalties against schools/coaches?

Both Jimmy Ott and Charles Hannagriff said on their show today that the players would lose. So, yeah.
