Just like the NIL bullshite, they had a chance to get in front, set some boundaries, work it out...but they stonewalled and let it get in front of a judge. Never let it get in front of a judge if you want to come out of it with anything

Exactly! The SEC is way out of line. Do they not realize that if the judges rule that these players are eligible, they are going to sue the conference and the schools if they don’t let them play? They will make it a right to work issue, not a scholarship issue.

It leaves LSU as a defendant, and Liz Murrill is going to be heavily involved because LSU is an arm of the state and so she’s going to take it upon her duties as AG to defend the interests of the State of Louisiana and she’s a pit bull.

Actually this judge has a great reputation for being fair and honest. He definitely isn’t a homer.
