That ump wasn't giving him the low call on his breaking ball and he needs that call. Plus these guys just made some really impressive swings on good pitches.

The biggest "frick you" of this is that he was fine until we made it 4-2, then he hopped on the coastal bandwagon and our pitchers have been squeezed ever since. The zones were consistent and steady for both teams for the first half of the game, anything but since.

Pretty sure our starting lineup batting average is right there with them or better. And we play in the SEC.

Actually, calling for a hit and run with a Jordan made sense to open up the defense when the pitcher was filling up the strike zone. We actually discussed it in the thread at the time.
Again, I don't have a problem with what you've got to say about the Jordans, I just find it peculiar that they've been basically your only contribution to the thread. A comment about Latz and CC being a good team, but all Jordan twins before and since.

Happy we got to host a regional, anything from there is just extra for me. This team should be elite next year if we can find a legit 2nd and third starter and 2 power hitters.
