On that K, the batter kicked the ball. Help me out on the rules. Is he not called out immediately because:
1. He was in the batter's box
2. It's in the dirt and live and it doesn't matter who/what it hits
And yes I know the rules for a third strike with 1st base open or with two outs. Specific question about the batter kicking it.
