I met him when I was about 4 or 5 in the mid 1950's. I have two baseballs he signed for me (he misspelled my name on the first). I heard a lot about him when I was young....

Well, I won't be driving an hour to Gainesville tomorrow or Wednesday because UF closes at noon Tuesday. Gas, ATM, grocery lines are long where I live. I do not want to travel anywhere. Happy at home. ...

It was loud and much more easy going. Got in by having student ID punched.
Third year law students had a reserved section. Had derby and cane to wear/carry.
People stayed until end....

Flying back from our honeymoon. Should have stayed an extra day, but we closed on a house two days later and then flew to Italy.
I missed the game but I miss my lovely bride more. We returned to Vegas several times during the CWS. Great place to watch....

Good post; sorry to quibble but it is exempt status, not non-profit status. Nothing requires an exempt charity to be “non-profit.”...

If I had to bet, I would bet the CCM will be followed if litigated.
But it is not a slam dunk. Most of the cited cases/ruling are distinguishable because they deal with benefits outside what the supported organization does. Goldsboro and Ginsburg are inapposite.
