Good answers. I really don't think Beth is the biggest issue, but she does need to progress a bit more. Her teams do seem to run out of gas as the end of the season approaches; it seems like they almost fall off a cliff. And, to me, it doesn't really look like a result of better competition but, simply, fatigue of some sort or another. But I don't watch enough to know if that is flawed reasoning.

Torino has absolutely regressed. Here best years were her first few. She's not matched those years yet and has not been back to the WCWS in several years.
Whether you are o.k. with that are not - it's a fact. Several teams have passed her and our program in the SEC in the last few years.

Her recruiting seems to be all over the place with no plan. I don't think she knows what she wants either. Regardless, without a deep run this season i think it'll be time to move on.

What do you mean recruiting is all over the place? The last few years we’ve had some of the best recruiting classes out there. Those players are still young though and some are just now cracking the lineup.

.500 conference season may be a little hopeful on your part. This program is less than mediocre. The pitchng is mediocre at best and the transfer portal players brought in are average. I could go on but its not worth my time to post any further

What is the standard or requirement to pay any softball coach this type of money? Is it tied to what you pay a baseball coach? Title 9? I’m legitimately asking. Could we just hire some high school coach pay 60k and call it a day or is this illegal?
