It feels like all of the women's teams are just participating in the UCONN Invitational Tournament. LSU will do well to play in the championship or Semi Final game against them

It would be nice to be able to talk/sign players in the portal when it officially opens. I don't expect us to get top players because we have to wait until the College World Series is over. Looks like one of the costs of winning the whole thing is you have to suffer the following season with a mediocre at best portal class.

and none of these comments make any difference to the coaches or players. This team is in bubble wrap completely isolated from the public. THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE that there are people that want to see them do well and win games and compete for championships. They act like they really don't care about any of us

Apparently, the coaching braintrust has never heard of the use of an "intentional walk". I think because of a very efficient, yet unexpected pitching performance from our Pitcher we probably would have won the game with just 1 run.......besides the runs delivered by the big LH hitter, did we give up any others?

That sounds about right. I am thinking we got more SEC losses coming though on the road. We will be a 3 and win 2 games on our floor at home like the past 2 years in the NCAA tourney and probably bow out in Game 1 or 2 in the Sweet 16........Gino and Staley continue to sign enough of our targets to keep us in this cycle. We just don't get enough difference makers

Its obvious that the best team/program won the game tonight and for the last 18 times......SEC tourney loss will make 19 and regular season meeting next year will make 20. It is what it is

Was Coach Beth ejected from yesterday's game vs Duke. When I tuned in I thought I heard that she was not calling pitches from the dugout.

.500 conference season may be a little hopeful on your part. This program is less than mediocre. The pitchng is mediocre at best and the transfer portal players brought in are average. I could go on but its not worth my time to post any further

If I am not mistaken, Todd Golden was hired by Florida the same year MM was hired at LSU. Look at them now. Look at what Golden has done for Florida and what MM has done for LSU :banghead:
