Actual: He got hurt, only played 6 games, so my projections did not really matter cause they were actually based on a 56-game regular season.
So please ignore the fact that I nearly nailed Antoine Duplantis stat line using nothing more than PREDICTIONS, and concentrate on how I said he would hit 5 when he only hit 2.

Just small tidbit about our first opponent, ULM. They hired Southern Miss pitching coach Michael Federico as their head coach this past offseason. In an effort to make over the roster, they went VERY heavy on JUCOs in recruiting. Almost the entire team is made up of JUCO transfers.
There are a few good ones from LSUE but I don't know much about any of the other ones.
Our second opponent, Army, is considered the class of their conference by D1Baseball and Pefect Game. Both sites have them picked to win the Patriot League.
Air Force brings in College HR Derby winner and future fighter pilot Nic Ready. He set a record for HRs at TDA park for the HR derby last year. He started for Air Force the last time we played them.

That's why I said I wasn't calling you out. I was just asking cause I couldn't find anything that said CPM was worried. I saw where he was shut down but that CPM was not worried about it and he would be ready for season.

The 40 was a straight up hope based on previous leaders and hitters like Bregman and Stevenson. I was hoping he would use his speed to his advantage to help his draft status out but he just never really got the chance to as I thought, it was a rdiculous prediction but I saw Bregman explode in his final season and really thought AD would too.
I take a look at what they previously have done and break it down by a per game average and also who they played against, whether it was on the road or at home, etc...
I overdo the research but I love LSU baseball and... why not?
