I am absolutely sick at my stomach watching this high school level play. There is no effort right now. We are beat unless these guys start playing with some fire on there butts. I feel like I'm watching the Les Miles fball team right now. Somebody needs to tell these guys there's a game going on.

Imo we got too cocky at the plate after that 4 run first inning. We let their starter off the hook by first pitch swinging into easy outs and thus not making him work and get his pitch count up

Probably makes sense given the level of competition, but this feels like one of those classic CWS down and out performances where the bats go cold for like 8 innings.
