Yes. And he was talking about how they were “coming for their heads”. He was talking about not being scared and giving it everything they had. Not taking people out.
Btw, last time an LSU player said “we’re gone dominate Bama” was Ron Brooks (I think) and he had a hell of a game against Bama in the 10-0 game.

Yep, and about three years ago one of our defensive backs used those same words. Then Bama smacked us 10-0. Now, our defense DID do quite well, but we still lost.

Jefferson said he's going to dominate. Obviously there's nothing wrong with our players having that mentality. I would hope they have that mentality. Should he have said anything to the media? Debatable. But I've heard Coach O say nothing but good things about Tua. I know he respects the hell out of that kid. But Bama is going to try and use whatever motivation they can to get up for the game. Hopefully we're doing the same thing with people in the media saying we're overrated, etc.

The Bama fans live in delusion world where their old school coach Nick Saban runs an iron clad tight ship full of disciplined players who say their prayers, take their vitamins, and make the honor roll in school. Meanwhile everyone else’s team is full of thug culture that listen to too much rap music.
They totally ignore the fact that their players get arrested in Louisiana for drugs and guns, and Saban just sits them for the New Mexico Poly Tech game. The ignore the fact that LSU kicks players out of school because they can’t put the drugs down, and that player ends up in Tuscaloosa starting in Alabama’s secondary. Those ignorant, inbred, morons also can’t put two and two together when almost no one on their team ever gets in trouble for drugs, but once they reach the NFL about 40% of them end up in the nfl drug protocol program.

You'd think with all the hardware they have racked up historically they wouldn't be so sensitive. But like how their fanbase has earned the name "Insecure U" they can't handle a fan, a team,etc not fawning all over them expressing what an honor it is to be on the same playing field.

Football is their life. They literally live and die by it. It replaced reality for some of them. When Bama starts losing bad things will start happening from that fan base.

There is no need for bulletin board material in this match up. It's 1 v 2. It's for the West. It's for dominance or revenge. All of these guys know each other. Any "bulletin board material" that is thrown out there isn't going to provide more motivation. They are all already motivated to their fullest extent. Unless someone talks "real bad 'bout they momma and them." But that may push motivation into hatred. Which is a pretty bad double edged sword.

With Auburn fans, it's, "We're better than you because we're better people than you are."
With Alabama fans, it's, "We're better than you because we're supposed to be."
Both attitudes are really annoying.

Unless the upcoming opposing players cringe in fear and profess their reverence for the "great" Alabama program, they are "talking shite" to Alabama.
