What are the reasons for him? He’s not had any success in a lower tier conference. The only characteristic he had that got him hired in the first place was “cheap to hire”.

Good points, I think he has done a pretty good job considering where he is at and what he has to work with.

He has done a lot of good things at UNO. He doesn't have a lot to work with in facilities and support.
