Some boneheaded decision making by the players and in the play calling let Clemson get back in the game and win it...almost felt like I was watching a. Les Miles coached LSU team!

frick Miles the bum we would be 6-6 this year with that trash arse coach. 1/9 still hurts and always hated Miles. Should have hired anyone but Miles. I always knew he would destroy the program.

On top of that, that “incomplete pass” was 100% a fumble. Dude took like 4 steps

I don’t think he ever had possession...the ball seemed never stop moving and always headed to the ground

Clemson was not the better team last night, but found a way to win. tOSU was dominating in the first half especially but shot themselves in the foot with penalties and play calling in the red zone.

And the targeting call that allowed Clemson to stay on the field and score. They got SEC reffed.

They certainly did. The targeting call on 3rd down giving them a first. Roughing the kicker when you would be getting the ball at mid field where two huge plays. Both continued drives that resulted in long touchdowns just a couple plays after those penalties. Then they dominated the early part of that game to kick field goals rather than getting 6. Finally, the miscommunication between WR and QB at the ultimately did them in.

They seemed to play tight and scared.

We had some good times with Les, and although I was a huge critic of his gameday coaching, he didn't destroy the program.
He let his ego get in the way of the real goal. Conversely, Ed O has made it about the team success, not 1 coach or player.

I had flashbacks to the 7 OT Aggie game.

after having watched replay, they did not once but twice.

The drive extended by 3rd down targeting penalty and 4th down personal foul ended up both being 90+ scoring drives.

Not only was there a 10-17 pt differential there (short field on punt), tOSU's defense went down a level after that and wasn't the same the rest of the game.

Clemson just has that championship DNA and Ohio St doesn't. That final drive by Lawrence was lights out.

OSU started to play tight when they had the lead and instead of pedal to the metal started playing not to lose. They still had 500 yards of offense but just made stupid mistakes. And OSU moved the ball easily when they actually wanted to. This will be pretty simple for us to do as well.

They shot themselves in both feet multiple times. They clearly were the better team, but managed to lose the game. Couldn't have happened to a better bunch, or a whinier HC.

Yeah, if that wasn’t a catch, what the hell is?

There is no whinier coach than Dabo Swinney.

The first deep ball completion he was clearly out of bounds before his elbow touched. Not sure what the refs were looking at but they blew that call.

Maybe OSU tanked on purpose bc they didn’t want to face 2 weeks of “why didn't you keep Burrow?” And “How does it feel knowing half of Ohio is pulling for LSU?” questions. ;-)
