No argument regarding the QB but would you walk away from Burrow or Russell if they magically appeared on the field? I think not…reference the hypothetical OP posed. To argue your point, I listed Dorsey and Honey Badger. Either would be huge for this defense.

I’m torn between Devin White and Patrick Peterson.
White would be the centerpiece of our defense and would turn a weakness into a huge strength.
Peterson would give us a freak athlete lockdown corner, something we don’t really have, which I think would be HUGE once we get into SEC play. Bonus points for being the best return man in LSU history.
I think the right answer is probably Devin White.

Devin White would probably have the biggest impact on the W/L, but damn I'd love one more year of Mathieu's magic.

Give me Justin Jefferson. Dude balled out and always made the big catch, never had alligator arms, and didn't pout and take plays off when someone else emerged as the #1 WR on the team. Just kept tooling along.
I want that in the locker room, reminding Boutte and anyone else, you play the game with pride, even if you don't get the glory.
