re: 3-1 against Alabama, Florida, Vanderbilt and Oklahoma isn’t bad at all. The problem is.

Brian kelly at his finest

not saying we won't go 3-1 but if we beat Alabama we are going 4-0.

That said, if we did lose to OU with everything on the line, as bad as they are, then Kelly should be fired (and I know we owe too much).

You’re right at 9-3. Playoffs are gone and you’re prepping for what is more than likely an undesirable bowl game.

Which isn't a bad season by any stretch but the time has come to DEMAND and EXPECT improvement over that for a BK-coached LSU football team

We beat Bama and we’re not losing again til the playoffs…

We lose to Bama and our souls and spirits are flattened and we probably lose one or two after that…
This team seems fragile.

Honestly we are not ready yet for playoffs. If we get there I'm happy but we still have issues to fix before we arrive.

TAMU is losing to SCe and Tejas. Don’t count Freeze scheming someone’s a-hole out of them.

Win what you got in front of you and you may end up in the SEC title game.

We’re going to lose to clemson and be 9-3 again with 4 reliquest bowls in a row
___________

So you have us losing a game in a season we have not started yet.

We sure have some shitty fans.

I find it humorous that 9-3 every year is acceptable from BK but wasn't from previous coaches.

I find it humorous if anybody thinks going 9-3 every year is what got Orgeron or Miles run off.

The seasons that actually got Miles fired:
2014: 8-4 (4-4)
2015: 8-3 (5-3)
2016: 7-4 (5-3)
…combined with a complete and obvious unwillingness to change anything offensively moving forward.

The seasons that actually got Orgeron fired:
2020: 5-5 (5-5)
2021: 6-6 (3-5)

Saban scheduled a strong opening opponent nearly every year at Alabama, and if I remember correctly, won them all.

The fact LSU can't win these games isn't a problem with the schedule-- it's the preparation and coaching. Seriously there's no sensible reason the Tigers lost to UCLA in 2021 or USC this year-- those opponents were hardly juggernauts

Losing the opener fricked us. And it’s a constant problem.

UGA played Clemson week 1 this year and it wasn’t even mentioned on the cfp rankings show. Didn’t even talk about that win for a second and they blew them out. It literally meant nothing to the committee. So in my opinion if the committee doesn’t even care we shouldn’t be scheduling it. All that matters is wins and losses. Schedule slippery rock week 1 every year and we have a better shot at playoffs which is the goal.

Kelly won’t lose to Oklahoma at home. More likely to choke against Florida on the road.

Undesirable bowl game? So now getting to a bowl is kinda like going to the NIT in basketball?

I can tell you that I'm not betting on LSU to win or cover against Clemson.
