Sure. Did you see how much food they just had? Much easier for walk ons to make 50 burgers, 100 wings, shrimp, cake, etc compared to to Billy under a tent by the Indian Mounds. Also it’s just a bunch of Louisiana style food to show on TV. Will probably feed all the people working on the Gameday set

Yeah I use to eat at the one of campus and then are the ones in New Orleans and Slidell (closed now) it's so trash now.
